Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Excellent quality, exactly the right length so they’re not tight around your legs and stay up without leaving marks. I don’t wear socks as a pair and I love that there’s more than one style for each theme so I can match them up - E.g mushrooms with the woodland. I’ve already replaced 2/3 of my socks with these, one more payday and I think I’ll have solely Joya socks!
I bought these lovely fun birdie socks for my mum as I knew she would love them, I am not normally a pink girl but with the mix of other colours they really work. I find Joya socks are very good quality socks at good prices and they last so well, also they feel that little bit roomier than a lot of other socks so even after they have been washed so they don't cut off my circulation! Highly recommend!
