Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, last chance collections, underwear or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
I am now addicted to Gemjar fur cuff socks for the winter as they look amazing at the top of ankle boots and are so cosy and comfortable. I will be adding to my collection and am tempted to other styles - loving the look of some of the other wool blends. Thank you for your first class service too.

Love the range of fairisle socks, but mostly the thick men socks were gold as gifts. After gifting a pair to my partner, he wanted another. After gifting to someone their daughter now wants to buy another they were ghat good. Then finally I brought a pair to gift myself. Top socks most comfortable and I am on my feet all day. A fair price compared to those on the market with this quality. Highly recommend thick socks.
These socks are brilliant. I have an issue with cold extremities in bed.. I find a lot of bed socks like totes and others after a period of time the cuff starts to dig into my lower leg. Resulting in my having to take them off. These socks are well made, comfortable, warm, soft, and well worth the money. I highly reccomend.

These socks are great. I bought some of the cuff stripe socks for someone who’s bed bound as they are soft, warm and easy to get on and off. Have lots of pairs myself. Great product.
I was given 2 beautiful pairs of Gemjar bed socks for Christmas and loved them so much I ordered myself 2 more pairs a week later. Gemjar then sent me a free pair of socks in a lovely grey with stars and super soft furry tops! All the socks are so cosy and comfortable and in a range of brilliant colours and patterns. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants warm and stylish feet this winter.
If you need socks that are as warm as toast and importantly are not too tight making your legs swell these are the ones to go for. Pretty, warm,fit gently and wash on wool cycle!!!

I don't want to limit my review to just one pair of these great socks. I am so impressed with my whole order. I received some socks from Gemjar for Christmas and,quite out of character for me, made an immediate online order for a whole bundle of socks. They are beautiful and warm without being bulky which is perfect for this time of year but I can see that they'll probably also be ideal as the weather warms because they are natural. Love the patterns and colours
