Damages and issues

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, last chance collections, underwear or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

I bought an individual pair of Gemjar socks on a whim from a gift shop recently while browsing with my wife. I loved them, they were thick and luxurious and very comfortable, so I went on the Gemjar website to look for some more. I ordered a multipack of three and they arrived quickly and are lovely, comfortable socks too. I was slightly disappointed to see they aren't as thick as the individual pair I bought first though so am not sure if that's because they are multipack versions? That's the only reason I've given 4 stars instead of 5. They're still fantastic socks so I'll certainly be ordering more nonetheless.

Got a pair with sheep for Xmas. Been looking for comfortable (and warm) bedsocks for ages. They fitted the bill perfectly so I had to get some more. Lovely and warm, now sometimes I end with my feet out of the bed but that's much better than cold feet in bed.

I love these ones with thick cuffs, they are perfect for ankle boots. Buying a box of them for everyone who has a birthday coming up!
